A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Ashley Davis is the Managing Attorney of Impact Legal Solutions. A product of the Huntsville City School System, she attended Birmingham Southern College where she received her Bachelor of Science. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Alabama.

Ashley’s diverse professional experience includes work in the areas of poverty, housing, corporate, federal contracting and non-profit law. She has counseled numerous non-profits and small businesses from formation to operation. In addition to providing legal counsel, she also educates her clients on governance and compliance best practices. Ashley’s primary goal is to streamline the legal process to allow non-profit and small business leaders to reduce risk, operate effectively and efficiently and spend more time focusing on their passion.
